Independence
No network reviewed on this site pays for placement, for ranking position, or for inclusion. Every entry, including any network with a commercial relationship to this site, is scored against the same five criteria below and described using the same format: a short summary, a Best For designation, and a balanced list of strengths and limitations. A ranking position that cannot be explained by these criteria is treated as an error to correct, not a result to defend.
Ranking Criteria
eCPM Performance
Reported effective cost-per-mille across the ad formats a network supports, weighted toward figures with independent or vendor-documented sourcing rather than single-app anecdotes.
Geographic Coverage
Breadth and depth of advertiser demand across regions, including markets - Eastern Europe, the CIS, the Middle East, and Asia among them - where global-first networks often carry thinner coverage.
Mediation Capability
Whether a network functions as a standalone SDK, a mediation layer, or a demand source meant to run inside another mediation stack, and how easily it fits alongside an existing setup.
Support Quality
Availability of documentation, integration guides, and account-level support, including whether support is realistic for smaller publishers or effectively limited to large accounts.
Privacy Compliance
Alignment with current consent and tracking requirements, including Transparency and Consent Framework version 2.3 (mandatory for EU traffic from March 1, 2026) and iOS App Tracking Transparency handling.
How Position Is Determined
Position within the ranking reflects performance across all five criteria together, not any single metric in isolation. A network positioned mid-ranking, such as a regionally focused platform, is not a lesser network - it reflects a narrower geographic scope weighed against networks with broader general-purpose coverage. Every entry is required to list genuine limitations alongside its strengths; an entry with no listed drawback is treated as incomplete, not as evidence of superiority.
Updates
Ad tech platforms change ownership, pricing, and feature sets frequently. This page and the ranking it governs are reviewed periodically and updated when a network's terms, coverage, or capabilities change materially. Readers evaluating a specific network for their own app should confirm current terms directly with that network before integrating.
